Air Fryer Biscoff Baked Oats
I was never an overnight oat kind of person but after making this last week it’s my new hyperfixation. Basically cake for breakfast.

Can I make these Biscoff baked oats ahead of time for meal prep?
These baked oats are perfect for meal prep. Once cooked and cooled, store them in the fridge in an airtight container. They’ll last 3–4 days and you can reheat in the air fryer for 5 minutes or enjoy cold for a quick, grab-and-go breakfast.
Can I freeze these baked oats?
You can freeze the individual pots before or after baking. If frozen after baking, just defrost in the fridge overnight and warm in the air fryer or microwave before eating. Perfect for batch cooking and saving time during busy weeks.
Can I use something other than Biscoff?
Absolutely. While Biscoff is the star here, you can swap in Nutella, peanut butter, or cookie butter if that’s what you’ve got on hand. Just keep the same amount (1 tsp per pot) for that gooey centre.
Can I make these baked oats without an air fryer?
Yep! You can bake them in the oven at 180°C for 12–14 minutes in small oven-proof containers. They’ll come out just as delicious.
Can I make these vegan or dairy-free?
Definitely. Swap the eggs for flax or chia eggs (1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water per egg, left to sit 5 mins) and use plant-based milk and dairy-free yogurt. You’ll still get the same creamy, indulgent texture.
How do I get that gooey Biscoff centre?
The trick is to spoon 1 tsp of Biscoff in the middle of the oat mixture and cover it lightly with more oats. During baking, it melts into that delicious gooey centre we all secretly love.
Can I make these in one big dish instead of pots?
Yes, but the baking time might be a bit longer, and you’ll lose that perfect “individual portion” vibe. Individual pots are ideal for meal prep and portion control.
Are these baked oats healthy?
They’re a great balance! Oats provide fibre, eggs and yogurt give protein, and using just a small amount of Biscoff keeps it indulgent without going overboard. Perfect for a treat-meets-nutrition breakfast.
Can I add fruit or extras?
For sure! Blueberries, raspberries, banana slices, or even a few dark chocolate chips work brilliantly. Just remember to adjust the baking time slightly if you add lots of extra moisture.
Can I double the recipe?
Yes, just make sure your air fryer can fit more pots at once. If not, bake in batches. They freeze well too, so doubling up for a full week of meal prep is a smart move.
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mash the banana, then add the eggs and stir well until combined.Mix in the oats, cinnamon, and baking powder until you have a smooth, even batter.
Step 2
Divide the mixture evenly between three glass, oven-safe containers. Spoon 1 tsp of Biscoff into the centre of each pot, then cover with a little more of the oat mixture.
Step 3
Bake in the air fryer at 180°C for 12–14 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Step 4
Once cooked, top with a drizzle of melted Biscoff and, if you like, a crushed Biscoff biscuit.
Step 5
Chill in the fridge until ready to eat. Reheat in the air fryer for 5 minutes or enjoy cold. These will keep for 3–4 days in the fridge.
