Ingredients: – 2 or 4 chicken breasts – 1 tbsp sesame oil – 4 tbsp dark soy – 2 tbsp light soy – 3-4 tbsp honey – 1 tbsp garlic purée – 1 tbsp ginger – 1 tbsp rice wine – 150ml chicken stock – 1 tbsp cornflour / 1 tbsp water – Sesame seeds / spring onions to garnish 1.
