Step 1

Add all ingredients to the slowcooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8.

1 tbsp sesame oil

4 tbsp dark soy

2 tbsp light soy

3-4 tbsp honey

1 tbsp garlic purée

1 tbsp ginger

1 tbsp rice wine

150ml (5 fl oz ¼ pint) chicken stock

1 tbsp cornflour / 1 tbsp water
