Hawksmoor is known for their steaks, but their Sunday roast is equally impressive. The slow-roasted rump of beef, served with enormous Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, and bone marrow gravy, is simply unbeatable.

Other great spots for Sunday roast include:

  • The Harwood Arms in Fulham, London’s only Michelin-starred pub
  • Blacklock in Soho, known for their ‘All In’ roast with beef, lamb, and pork roast in Borough Market, where you can enjoy your roast with a view of the bustling market below.
  • The Marksman in Hackney, offering a modern twist on the traditional roast
  • The Guinea Grill in Mayfair, an old-school pub serving top-notch roasts since 1423.

London’s food scene is incredibly diverse and ever-changing. These are just a few of my favourites, but there’s always somewhere new to discover. Happy eating!
